Website use

This website provides general information about Loadline services. Content may be updated without notice. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or copy protected material without permission.

Quotes

A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Quotes depend on the information supplied, including locations, timings, item type, dimensions, weight, access, loading requirements and any waiting time. A quote may change if the actual job differs materially from the information provided.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when Loadline accepts the job and the agreed terms, price and timing have been recorded. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information, safe and lawful access, suitable packaging where required, and disclose heavy, fragile, dangerous, high-value or restricted goods before booking. Items must be capable of being transported safely in the available vehicle.

Loading and assistance

The required loading or unloading assistance must be agreed in advance. Loadline may refuse unsafe lifting, access or loading arrangements.

Timing

Every reasonable effort is made to meet agreed times. Road conditions, closures, weather, breakdowns, venue delays and other events outside reasonable control may affect collection or delivery times.

Insurance and liability

Loadline carries Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Cover is subject to policy terms, exclusions, limits and the information supplied before the job. High-value, unusual or sensitive consignments must be declared and agreed in advance.

Cancellations and waiting

Cancellation charges, waiting time, additional mileage or changed requirements may apply where a confirmed booking is cancelled or materially altered. Any applicable charge will depend on the timing and circumstances.

Full service terms

Specific booking or carriage terms may be supplied with a quote or confirmation and will take priority where they conflict with this general website information.
